Terms of Service
By commissioning me you're willing to agree with the following terms:
-I will not start a commission until i've been paid.
-You can ask for 50% refund of the paid value before i finish the sketching progress.
-Once i finish the sketching phase, there will be no refunds.
-I can refuse any commission for any reason.
-Big changes can only be made during the sketch.
-Minor changes can be asked freely (ex: colors are off, missing minor feature on the character, etc).
-I tend to post my work, as a way to promote myself, state previously if you'd rather not.
-If you will reupload my art, credit is ABSOLUTELY necessary.
-My artwork process is very slow and it can take some time to finish it, 1-2 months at worst.
-WIPS will be provided throughout the whole art process.
-You CANNOT trace the artwork or claim you have drawn it, the artwork remains a work of mine, in addition the redistribution is prohibited whether by reselling, AI or NFT.
-Commissions that were purchased first in the queue will be prioritized (if the deadline is urgent and you need it as soon as possible, a 50% fee will be charged).
-If a piece redesign is wished, when the sketch is already complete, a 50% fee will be charged
-Prices may vary depending on the number of characters, scene elements, character complexity, etc.
-Sent images will have a watermark to prevent stealing.
-You will receive the images in full resolution once everything is approved and paid for.
-I will draw (can be discussed):
-Humans.
-Anthros (Provide the species).
-Backgrounds (Semi-simple).
-Light Gore.
-Objects.
-Multiple characters (will be charged for each)
-NSFW (+$)
-I will not draw:
-Elderly characters (not extremely proficient with it, but can try)
-Offensive things (ex: rape, beastiality, pedofilia, or any hateful group symbol ex. swastika).
-Complex robot/armor designs (can be discussed).
-When commissioning me please provide:
-Desired format (headshot, halfbody, fullbody)
-Desired style (simple coloring, flat shading, fully shaded).
-Number of characters
-A reference (can be a ref sheet, in real-life picture, a written description, anything that provides an starting point).
-Character species
-A description of the scene (pose/expression/outfit etc.)
